Will DAPAT’s products store personal information?

Yes. To ensure you get the best user experience, your information is securely stored - just as banks and e-wallets do. These are your personal details including your name, mobile number, Mykad number and email address.
DAPAT upholds the highest level of integrity by abiding to the Personal Data Protection Act whereby any user or customer information stored in the app is protected and will not be sold 3rd parties.

How does DAPAT protect my privacy and keep my information secure?

We know that privacy and security are important to you. DAPAT uses bank-grade security to safeguard your information give you confidence that your information is safe and accessible when you need it.
Also, our products come with security tools such as 2-step verification (password and TAC) and a facial recognition feature so that you are in control.
