Use DAPAT to check your MYKAD application status

You can now check your MYKAD application status without having to set foot outside your house. In collaboration with DAPAT’s Mobile Interactive Business Platform, JPN now offers an easy and hassle-free service to provide MYKAD applicants with a handy and speedy way to see if their MYKAD is ready.

Through this system, users will be able to know the current status of their MYKAD and can be alerted when their MYKAD is ready for pick up.

No more long queues. No more hassle. To know the status of your MYKAD application, type:

JPN MyKad <your new i.c. number> and send to DAPAT

Or, better yet, if you want an auto alert on when your MYKAD is ready for pick up, type:

JPN MyKad Daftar <your new i.c. number> and send to DAPAT
